Artist’s statement “For me art is first a tool for understanding the world. Drawing, transferring the images that arise in my head to the canvas, in some sense I ask important for me questions - about life, about difficulties and problems, their meanings and values, about the structure of the world and the human. For me paintings are an opportunity of some kind of philosophical reflection. Lines, shapes, colors, composition of thoughtful elements together tell this or that story, filled with hidden or explicit symbols. In each picture, I ask a question and try to get an answer or at least an image of it, with the help of using symbols, metaphors and allegories”.
