We RECOMMEND our CLIENTS, contacting the gallery BEFORE making a purchase to confirm that the desired artwork is available!
To protect the rights of our CLIENTS, we are also obliged to protect the ARTISTS who have trusted us.
As we know, ARTISTS have always been the most vulnerable part of human society! It has been so and continues to be...
Our conditions allow THE CLIENT to:
- Request additional information about the desired artwork via email – more photos, information about the technique used.
- Make an inquiry for a reduced price (no more than 10%)*.
- Make an inquiry about a fine art print on paper or on canvas
- Make an inquiry about a commission
- Return the purchased artwork within 30 days of receiving it*.
For CLIENTS from Austria and German-speaking countries:
you can receive a consultation or a complete interior design project
for your office, hotel, restaurant, home etc. (Language German).
THE CLIENT becomes the artwork from the gallery or from the artist with certificate for authenticity.
The processing of the sale, shipping in Europe (!), and insurance (optional) are fully handled by the gallery.
When it is a long-distance destination, transportation and insurance are paid by the customer (e.g., from the EU to America). The insurance is obligatory*.
*If the expected artwork is delivered in good condition and undamaged, but for any reason is no longer desired, the return shipping will be paid by the client.
If the artwork is damaged, the shipping company’s insurance will cover the return shipping and damage and the client will receive their money back from the gallery.
